Sidamo is a Province in Ethiopia, and one of the most prolific coffee-growing regions in the country. Often considered the birthplace of coffee production, local legend describes a young goat herder by the name of Kaldi tried the mysterious red berries after discovering his goats becoming energetic after eating them. The high elevation slows the growth allowing the berries to develop longer and produce a more complex flavor. Ethiopian Sidamo has a similar flavor to its neighboring region to the south, Yirgacheffe, with Sidamo having a more distinct earthiness flavor. Experience the authentic taste of coffee's birthplace with our Ethiopian Sidamo Harenna. This exceptional single-origin coffee delivers a remarkable depth that only centuries of traditional cultivation can achieve. The beans are carefully harvested from Ethiopia's lush highlands, where perfect growing conditions create a naturally sweet profile with vibrant citrus notes and that signature earthy undertone that true coffee connoisseurs seek. Each sip connects you to coffee's ancient heritage while delivering a thoroughly modern, complex taste experience that mass-produced blends simply cannot match. Elevate your daily ritual with this extraordinary coffee that represents the very pinnacle of Ethiopia's legendary coffee tradition.
